Since I am sensitive, I get easily irritated and have a lot to worry about so I am always tired both physically and mentally, but I cannot sleep deeply. I happened to discover Nutridom L-Theanine and ordered it, and when I take it in the afternoon, my eyelids start getting heavy after dinner around 8pm, and by 9pm, my eyes close gently and I fall asleep without realizing it.
