Good product

I had a gut virus for 10 days as per say got cleaned out. To get back my gut flora and to maintain bowel function/movement Metagenics UltraFlora Balance did that for me.

Unfortunately is too early, he just started to take them- I do not have a feedback from him.

I called this company before placing my order due to the possible Postal strike to confirm when I would receive my products, the gentleman that I spoke with was very helpful, he advised me that my products would be shipped via courier and he assured me that I would receive them on the following week, than he took an extra step to ensure that the products I was ordering were in-stock. I was so very impressed. I placed my order and I was surprised when I received my order the next day. Customer service with this company for me is over and above. Pretty impressed with this company. Impressed by the customer service, extremely fast delivery and quality of their products. I called the company for more information on shipping especially due to the fact that Canada Post were possible going on strike, the gentleman I spoke with assured me that my products would be shipped by a courier instead of the postal service, then he asked me which products I was ordering and he went an extra step to confirm that they had my items in-stock and confirmed my delivery address, he told me I should receive my products in a few days. To my surprise I received my products the following day. This company has definitely earned my business and I will be purchasing my supplements from them from now on and their pricing is unbeatable.
