I called this company before placing my order due to the possible Postal strike to confirm when I would receive my products, the gentleman that I spoke with was very helpful, he advised me that my products would be shipped via courier and he assured me that I would receive them on the following week, than he took an extra step to ensure that the products I was ordering were in-stock. I was so very impressed. I placed my order and I was surprised when I received my order the next day. Customer service with this company for me is over and above.
