We ordered 3 bottles from our husband and received them, but the delivery was too late. Even though it was winter, all four of the items, including the ice, melted and were lukewarm, which was disappointing. Although we used it because it was expensive, there was no good reaction. Royal jelly is important for freshness, so it is hard to understand why it was sent through regular delivery instead of express. This is not a product that we would recommend at all.
