I really like that the softgel is small in size so I can consume it smoothly without any choking. I will diligently try the Newfoundland Omega-3 regular. I have tried salmon omega-3, but this will be my first time trying seal omega-3, so I have high expectations for its effects on me.

I purchased it through a friend's recommendation. It's 100% Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada seal oil, which makes me think it has a high absorption rate and doesn't feel uncomfortable. I think it would be good to recommend it to my parents. I feel healthier now~~
