After searching on the internet, I found a company in Canada that has been making health supplements for 15 years, so I trusted them and made a purchase. As expected, their customer service was great and the best part was being able to buy health supplements tailored to my parents through health consultations. The delivery was also fast and the products were great. I especially enjoyed the soft gel form, making it easy and clean to consume, and it seemed to fit well with my throat, maybe because they are made in Canada. Anyway, I am leaving this review because I am very satisfied.
I purchased this product because it contains essential fatty acids omega-3/6/9 which are more important than other omega products. It has only been 3 days since I started taking it, so there is no significant change yet. but if It's better than other omega products, I think I will continue to purchase this one. The product was carefully packaged and arrived quickly even though it was shipped internationally.
I use to use Omega-3 as a regular supplement, never noticed any difference. I started getting dry eye syndrome about 3-4 yrs ago , used a lot of eye drops 3-4-5 times a day. I saw an advertisement and got a conformation from a friend that omega-3 were good for lubricating my eyes. The recommended dose for these capsules is one soft gel three times a day. I take two soft gels in the morning and two at supper. MY EYES ARE SO HAPPY HAPPY I CAN'T BELIEVE . I would have upped my dose if needed, or taken it down if it upset my stomach. I've been using the supplements for only 5 days, stopped using the over the counter eye drops for the last 2 days.
