Recently, I feel like my basic physical strength has decreased a lot, so I started eating more. As I constantly sit and work on the computer all day, it seems like my strength is lacking more and more as I get older. I leave some food at the office and eat it every day for lunch with lutein. :)

I was looking for a multivitamin... but this one has everything I need. It has the ingredients I want and it's trustworthy because it's made in Canada... I usually eat a lot of Nutrim but this one is highly recommended for its cost effectiveness.

I tried Newteadom probiotics and liked it, so I also bought a multivitamin. Hehe, I eat the women's version and my husband eats the men's version together. It's a basic vitamin, so we're trying to keep taking it regularly.
