Eye twitching, I bought it because of the cramps in my calf muscles while sleeping. I've been soaking it in water every night and eating it, and the eye twitching has definitely disappeared! But the powder is too much trouble, so next time I'll buy capsules.

I have been only taking magnesium capsules, but I ordered it in powder form as it would be convenient to mix it with juice or yogurt. I also mix it with water, but I found it to be good to mix it with freshly made fruit juice in the morning. I have been taking it for about a month and I have ordered it again.
