Mom bought me products for menopause and she seems to be enjoying them! The price was not bad, so I am thinking of getting several more :)

I sent it because my mother has asthma, but she said she feels better after eating it! She also said her menopause symptoms have improved. The price was good too and I thought it would take a long time to arrive from Canada, but it came faster than I thought. I will buy again~

Diagnosed with PMDD few years ago and nothing has helped with my moods like this has. I've been put on antidepressant medication, anti-anxiety medication, tried anti-psychotics combined with taking my birth control pill continuously with no placebo break to stabilize my hormones and nothing worked. Finally my doctor recommended taking vitamin b6, magnesium and evening promise oil during the pre-menstrual cycle and WOW. what a difference it has made. I feel like a new person. Hope that can help someone else who might be struggling with unruly female hormones ;)
