Recommanded Dose
Adults: Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) 3-6 times per day. May be taken with or without food. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before use.

Standard Shipping Fees for Orders Below the Free Shipping Threshold:
- Canada, USA, and South Korea: For orders under $75 (or ₩75,000 KRW), a $17.99 USD/CAD (or ₩15,000 KRW) shipping fee applies.

2) Delivery Standards
Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed before 11:00 am EST are usually shipped the same day.
- Canada: Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
- USA: Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
- South Korea: Estimated delivery is 4-5 business days.
