What is Oregano Oil?
Oregano is a mountain-growing herb native to the mountainous regions. It is highly regarded as an important seasoning in Mediterranean cuisine due to its unique aroma. Oregano oil is extracted from the oregano herb and has been traditionally used as a key ingredient in herbal medicine in the Mediterranean region.
Benefits of Oregano Oil
Oregano oil has been widely loved for its many health benefits including inhibition of fungal growth, immune system boost, rich source of antioxidants, and improved digestion. It has unique properties in its anti-spasmodic, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, and digestive components.
For relieving symptoms of cold and flu: Use oregano oil with an essential oil diffuser to help with congestion and a sore throat.
For healthy skin: Oregano oil has anti-fungal and anti-bacterial effects that can help with conditions such as chapped lips, athlete's foot, and dandruff.
For muscle and joint pain: Diluted oregano oil has been traditionally used to rub on sore muscles. However, it is not recommended for use on sensitive or injured skin.
As a natural insect repellant: The main component of oregano, carvacrol, is a natural repellant for insects.
How to use Oregano Oil
- Use oregano oil for short periods of time, ideally no longer than 10 days.
- It is not recommended for use on children and infants. It is also advised to avoid use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. People with chronic illnesses (especially hypertension or cardiovascular diseases) should consult with a doctor before use.
- Pure oregano oil is very powerful, so the oil sold in stores is often diluted with olive, almond, or coconut oil. Diluted oil is still strong and has a unique taste, so it can be consumed by diluting with water.
Adults: 4-6 drops 1 time per day with food. Take a few hours before taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper.
To reduce irritation of the mouth and stomach, take with water and a teaspoon of honey/ vegetable oil (e.g. olive oil)/ a sugar cube.

Supplement Facts
The packaging seems good, maybe because it's from overseas. The box was filled with cushioning material and I received it safely.
I finished the bottle of Carvacrol 60% and didn't see much effect, so I looked for something with over 70% and ended up purchasing this one because it also contains MCT oil.
I tried diluting 2-3 drops and drinking it, but the taste is still not great.
I have high hopes for the MCT oil to make the effect even better.
I will continue to apply and consume it consistently.
Along with propolis products, we purchased oregano oil for our family's immune system and it's surprisingly versatile. It has many benefits and thanks to the Caporia site, I found out about it in addition to just knowing it as a food ingredient. I'm looking forward to trying it regularly.
It's probably because it's a liquid type, but the effect is great. The delivery was also fast, so I am satisfied.
Whenever my throat feels a little scratchy and I feel like I might catch a cold, I drop 3-5 drops under my tongue. Though it's a taste of extreme pain, it's a good medicine for the body... If I do this for a few days, my sore throat goes away. Sometimes when I get bumps on my skin, I also use this oil by tapping it on gently. It's an all-purpose oil that I use for many things, hehe.
I saw natural antibiotic Caporia Canada Caporia Nutridom oregano oil
It was in a yellow oil form. My husband often has diarrhea and also has indigestion occasionally.
So, we diluted a few drops into water and drank it. He said it has a subtle aroma and does not cause any discomfort or reluctance when drinking it.
