What is Oregano Oil?
Oregano is a mountain-grown herb that is primarily grown in high-altitude regions. It is known for its unique aroma and is considered an important seasoning in Mediterranean cuisine. Oregano oil is the steam extracted oil from oregano herbs, and has long been used as an important ingredient in traditional herbal medicine in the Mediterranean region.

The Benefits of Oregano Oil
Oregano oil has been widely loved for its benefits for a long time, including inhibiting mold and fungus, improving immunity, high levels of antioxidants, and enhancing digestion. Its many benefits are derived from its unique antibacterial, antimicrobial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and digestive properties.

Relieving Cold and Flu Symptoms:
Using oregano oil with essential oil diffusers can help alleviate symptoms such as stuffy nose and sore throat.

For Healthy Skin:
Oregano oil has antifungal and antibacterial effects that may help with conditions such as lip sores, toenail fungus, and dandruff.

Relieving Muscle and Joint Pain:
Traditionally, oregano oil has been used topically to relieve muscle pain. However, it is not recommended to use it on sensitive or injured skin.

Natural Insect Repellent:
The main component of oregano, carvacrol, is a natural repellent for bugs.

How to Use Oregano Oil
- Use oregano oil for a short period of time, and avoid using it for more than 10 days if possible.

- It is not recommended for children and infants. It is also best to avoid using it during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. If you have a chronic condition (especially high blood pressure or cardiovascular disease), it is recommended to consult a doctor before use.

- Pure oregano oil is very powerful, so the oregano oil sold in stores is usually already diluted with olive, almond, or coconut oil. Even diluted oil is still potent and has a unique taste, so you can dilute it with water before consuming.

Adults: 4-6 drops 1 time per day with food. Take a few hours before taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper.
To reduce irritation of the mouth and stomach, take with water and a teaspoon of honey/ vegetable oil (e.g. olive oil)/ a sugar cube.

Standard Shipping Fees for Orders Below the Free Shipping Threshold:

- Canada, USA, and South Korea: For orders under $75 (or ₩75,000 KRW), a $17.99 USD/CAD (or ₩15,000 KRW) shipping fee applies.

Note: Orders shipped to Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut may incur an additional shipping charge, and we will contact you by email if this applies. Free shipping offers are not available for items sold and shipped by third-party Marketplace Sellers.

2) Delivery Standards

Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed before 11:00 am EST are usually shipped the same day.

- Canada: Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
- USA: Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
- South Korea: Estimated delivery is 4-5 business days.

3) International Orders: Importing Goods and Taxes

Please verify that your country’s customs laws allow the import of nutritional supplements and herbs. Any customs fees or issues (such as impounding, expenses, losses, or return shipping fees) are the purchaser’s responsibility.

2. Order Processing and Cancellations

1) Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Please note that receiving an order confirmation does not signify acceptance, as Caforia reserves the right to refuse processing or shipping of any order.

2) Out of Stock / Back Orders:
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email. If you encounter any issues with your order upon receiving it, contact our Customer Service within one week, and we will assist promptly.

3) Order Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service, and we will assist you immediately.

3. Returns and Refunds

Caforia strives to ensure customer satisfaction with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on products sold directly by Caforia (Seller: Caforia, Manufacturer: David Health). Please note that clearance items and orders outside Canada are eligible for returns only if defective.

1) Return Process

a. Contact Customer Service: Provide your order number, name, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason. Please do not send items before submitting a return request.

b. Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or there was a shipping error.

c. Non-Refundable Shipping: Any original shipping costs paid will not be refunded for returns.

Returns are typically processed within two weeks of receipt. Once processed, please allow 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your payment method, although it may take up to one billing cycle depending on your provider.
