Maybe it's because of my mood, but my hair grows better, and the dry and frizzy texture has become soft and glossy. It's good that you can eat it in various ways because it's powder ^^
I regularly consume collagen. In fact, individually packaged ones are too expensive and excessive packaging is not environmentally friendly, but I really like marine collagen powder because it comes in a large container that can be recycled and separated. It can also be sprinkled on the drinks or food I consume, and it has no taste or smell, which makes it great to ingest. In addition, it also contains vitamins, biotin, and silica, so it can improve collagen absorption and help with hair and nail care.
