The absorption rate of iron to human body is only 14%-18% with mixed diet which includes meat, seafood and vitamin C. It is much lower in vegetarian diet (5%-12%). Therefore additional iron supplementation is often required, especially during pregnancy and in young menstruating women.
Common iron supplements contain ferrous and ferric iron salts, which is indigestible, ferrous/ferric salts can cause gastrointestinal (GI) side effects like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and upset stomach.

2) Delivery Standards

Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed before 11:00 am EST are usually shipped the same day.

- Canada: Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days via Canada Post or UPS.

- South Korea: Estimated delivery is 4-5 business days.

3. Returns and Refunds
