What is Chaga Mushroom?


Chaga mushroom is a nontoxic mushroom containing a high amount of antioxidants. It is different from other mushrooms because it grows by extracting nutrients from living trees instead of dead ones. Chaga mushrooms grow naturally on birch trees in the coldest regions of the Northern Hemisphere, including regions in Russia, Eastern Europe, Canada, Korea, and parts of the United States. Due to these unique conditions, chaga mushrooms are only found in certain areas and are very rare. To mature, chaga mushrooms take at least 5 years and have a distinct appearance, resembling charred wood on the outside and orange color inside. Only 2-3% of chaga mushrooms harvested from white birch trees every 20 years are certified as "premium grade." Many commercial collectors are drawn to chaga mushrooms because of their high value.

2) Delivery Standards

Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed before 11:00 am EST are usually shipped the same day.

- Canada: Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
- USA: Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
- South Korea: Estimated delivery is 4-5 business days.

2) Out of Stock / Back Orders:
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email. If you encounter any issues with your order upon receiving it, contact our Customer Service within one week, and we will assist promptly.

3. Returns and Refunds

1) Return Process
