Fish Oil Omega-3: TG vs. EE vs. rTG. Generational Differences
Fish oil extracted from nature is in the form of TG (Triglyceride, triglyceride) which is composed of glycerol molecules and three fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids only make up a small percentage of these fatty acids, so in order to increase the amount of Omega-3, artificial processing is used to replace glycerol with ethanol molecules and combine them in a 1:1 ratio with Omega-3 fatty acids. This results in a 2nd generation Omega-3 ingredient, EE (Ethyl esther, ethyl ester) oil.
In recent years, there has been a growing interest in 3rd generation, rTG (re-esterfied triglycerides, re-esterified triglycerides) form of ingredients. rTG is a molecule structure in which ethanol is replaced with glycerol in the EE form, combining the advantages of both EE, which increases the amount of Omega fatty acids, and TG, which has high digestive absorption rates. However, it requires a very complicated production process and therefore has the disadvantage of higher production costs.

Fish oil is an excellent ingredient that contains a high percentage of Omega-3 fatty acids, which are highly applicable to humans. It is mainly extracted from fish that live in the ocean, such as anchovies, sardines, and mackerel, and is known for its high content of EPA and DHA, which are premium Omega fatty acids. Fish oil has been widely recognized for its effectiveness in reducing bad cholesterol (LDL), alleviating hypertension, and showing high efficacy in cardiovascular diseases.


DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid)
DHA is an essential fatty acid needed for the brain, nerves, and eyes, and plays a crucial role in the movement and vision development of infants.


EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid)
EPA has anti-inflammatory effects that reduce inflammation and blood clots in the cardiovascular system. It also has a strong anti-inflammatory effect and has shown efficacy in chronic inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, and multiple sclerosis.

2) Delivery Standards

Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed before 11:00 am EST are usually shipped the same day.

3. Returns and Refunds
