Chlorella is an edible water-grown algae. Because of its rich nutrient composition, some consider it a complete food. In fact, vegans and strict vegetarians often use chlorella as an effective protein source. DOSAGE

Start taking 4-6 tablets per day, gradually increasing to 15 tablets over 3 weeks. Then take 15 tablets daily or more, at once or preferably in divided doses, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
