Adult dosage
Take one capsule three times a day with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of two months to see beneficial results.
Cautions
Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal effects such as diarrhea, abdominal pain/cramps and nausea. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
