Suggested Use
Adults: Take up to 6 capsules daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Caution
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners, blood pressure medication, antibiotics, nitroglycerin, or if you have diabetes, cystinuria, an iron deficiency or a liver disorder.

Consult a health care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice) or for use beyond 12 weeks.

If you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headaches, dizziness and/or confusion, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar.

Standard Shipping Fees for Orders Below the Free Shipping Threshold:

- Canada, USA, and South Korea: For orders under $75 (or ₩75,000 KRW), a $17.99 USD/CAD (or ₩15,000 KRW) shipping fee applies.

2) Delivery Standards

Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed before 11:00 am EST are usually shipped the same day.

- Canada: Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days via Canada Post or UPS.

- South Korea: Estimated delivery is 4-5 business days.

3. Returns and Refunds
