Hawthorn (Crataegus laevigata) is a small thorny tree originally from northwestern Europe. For thousands of years, folk medicine has prescribed hawthorn for a variety of uses, from a sore throat to a troubled heart.

Hawthorn is rich in flavonoids and other compounds which are responsible for its benefits to heart health.

The components of hawthorn exert their heart-helping actions in a number of ways.

Hawthorn increases the force of heart contractions and blood flow, while reducing the demand for oxygen.

It reduces deposits in the arteries, lowers blood pressure, reduces irregular heartbeats, reduces resting pulse rate and lowers cholesterol levels.

Clinical trials with hawthorn have confirmed its beneficial effects on the heart, and have found that it can relieve symptoms associated with heart failure. It also increases exercise performance.

Medical-Ingredients
Hawthorn extract (2.2% flavonoids as hyperoside) 450mg.

Non-medicinal ingredients
lactose monohydrate, sodium stearyl fumarate, rice extract, rice concentrate, silicon dioxide and veggie capsule (hypromellose).



Suggested use
Take 1 to 2 capsules per day with/without food or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner. Use for a minimum of two months to see beneficial effects.

Caution
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking cardiac glycosides such as digitalis/digoxin, or blood pressure medication, or if symptoms persist or worsen.

2) Delivery Standards

Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed before 11:00 am EST are usually shipped the same day.

- Canada: Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
- USA: Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
- South Korea: Estimated delivery is 4-5 business days.

2) Out of Stock / Back Orders:

3. Returns and Refunds

1) Return Process
