High Bioavailability


Krill shrimp oil's EPA and DHA are linked together in a similar way to the oil found in human fat cells. Therefore, the fatty acids in krill oil are absorbed much better than those in fish oil.


Due to the high absorption rate of krill oil, only a small amount is needed per day. Compared to fish oil, the recommended amount of krill oil for the same amount of omega-3 is only half. Additionally, krill oil has a high digestibility due to its lack of fishy aftertaste.
