1. Taste: I really hate vinegar, so I don't eat anything with vinegar in it. So I was a bit worried that the flavor might be too strong when I first tried this, but it was surprisingly refreshing and had a hint of sweetness. The vinegar flavor wasn't overpowering at all and I really enjoyed it. Even after eating, there was no strange smell coming from my stomach. I'm completely satisfied.
2. Diet Effect: To be honest, I purchased this for dieting purposes. I was going to leave a review right after buying it, but I felt like I should finish one bottle before commenting. I almost finished one bottle so I came back to buy another one. (I have a few pills left) Hmm... I've been taking it twice before meals, and at first, I ate it with the mindset of wanting any little help in my diet. I was in the midst of controlling my diet and exercising, so of course, I lost some weight. But I took a break from exercising and ate a lot for a week, and of course, I gained weight...ㅠㅠㅠ And the appetite control effect? I was looking forward to this, but I guess no one can control my appetite...ㅋㅋㅋ Even with this, I ate whatever I wanted and it worked well...ㅋㅋㅋ So I can't say for sure if it has a diet effect, but it's made with natural ingredients and it's not just for dieting, it's also a nutritious supplement for health. I'm planning to keep taking it consistently...ㅠㅠ
3. Precautions: I usually exercise on an empty stomach and don't eat breakfast, so I take one pill on an empty stomach. It's better to drink a few sips of water before and after taking the pills, but there was one time where I only drank a little water and I ended up feeling queasy and my stomach didn't feel good...ㅠㅠㅠㅠ But if I drink enough water, I feel better. Also, since it contains caffeine, they say not to take it too late at night, but I usually sleep late...ㅠㅠ I'm not sure about that part. But I'll try not to take it too late at night!
