I am eating very well while seeing the effect!
I am eating well because the single ingredient is cost-effective!
Zinc at a dose of 30mg per day is sufficient according to the daily intake standard. In fact, I take various supplements as sources of nutrients, but for immunity, I always make sure to take zinc separately, even though I may not be diligent with other supplements. Thanks to this, I didn't catch a cold at all last winter, and with the recent need for strong immunity due to COVID-19, I am even more diligent in taking zinc. The supplement from Kaporia Canada, Caporia Nutridome Zinc Bisglycinate, has a higher zinc content of 30mg, so I think it's better to take it than other zinc supplements for boosting immunity.
These days, my immune system has been weak and I easily catch colds so I chose to try this~~ After eating it, I think it definitely helps with preventing colds~~ I'll keep eating it regularly to prevent getting colds or the flu!!
I used to worry a lot because I catch a cold very easily, but now I'm happy because I found a product that I can take every day :) My immune system was quite weak, but this product not only helps me fight off colds but also takes care of my metabolism, which is great!
