I have been suffering from insomnia for about 10 years. I have a hard time falling asleep and if I wake up in the middle of the night, I can't fall back asleep. During that time, I learned about melatonin and now I take it two or three times a week when I have trouble falling asleep. Recently, I've been able to decrease the dosage to one or two times a week and I am very satisfied with the results. Last time, I bought six bottles and finished them all, and then I bought six bottles again.

I watched YouTube and purchased melatonin, magnesium, and L-theanine. I started to take them to try to quit sleeping pills... (it has been about 1 year since I last took sleeping pills). I take melatonin 3 hours before going to bed, and magnesium and L-theanine 30-40 minutes before. I was worried if I could sleep well without sleeping pills, but I am very satisfied because I fall asleep comfortably. It hasn't been 1 month yet, but I sleep well without sleeping pills. Sometimes I don't take melatonin and only take magnesium and L-theanine. I hope that those who are worried about sleeping pills will try them like me and see the effect. Thankfully, I found a good medication through YouTube.
