The ginseng products of our company have the highest level of medicinal benefits and saponin content, with an average of 6 years old. Baeksam (white ginseng) is dried under the sun in order to reduce the moisture content to below 14%. This helps to maintain the products' lifespan for a long time, but the sun-drying method can also decrease the amount of therapeutic components. In other words, all forms of therapeutic components are preserved, but the quantity is reduced. Hongsam (red ginseng) is steamed and then dried after removing the skin, which can cause some of the beneficial components to be destroyed, leaving only a small amount, but maximizing the content of each nutritional component.
Canadian ginseng relaxes tensions, strengthens the immune system, and decreases vulnerability to diseases, promoting health and longevity. Ginseng is also known as a nourishing tonic. To understand this, think of ginseng as a temperature regulator, with the temperature control device lowering the temperature when it is too high.
