Royal Jelly is the substance used by bees to feed and nurture the queen bee of the hive- as a result, she lives 40 times longer than regular bees. And thought it will not make you into royalty or increase your lifespan forty-fold, it is a powerful antioxidant used for the promotion of good health in a variety of ways.
It contains all the B vitamins, as well as vitamins A,C,D,E and K; it also contains 18 amino acids necessary for making protein in your body. Although the benefits of royal jelly have not yet been fully explored and utilized, studies suggest it may improve blood health, fight cancer, and lengthen life.
Royal jelly may cause allergic reactions in humans ranging from hives, asthma, to even fatal anaphylaxis. The incidence of allergic side effect in people that consume royal jelly is unknown. Supplement Facts
It doesn't have noticeable effects, but it seems like a nutritional supplement that needs to be taken consistently. The pills are big, so I was hesitant to take them.
The price is also satisfying and it is convenient to take as it is in capsule form. My hair and skin have improved.

It is widely said on Internet that royal jelly is good for boosting white blood cells level in body. This is the reason I bought this. These capsules taste really good.
