What is Oregano Oil?
Oregano is a type of herb that grows mainly in mountainous areas, and its place of origin is the mountains. It is a well-known herb in the Mediterranean culture as an important seasoning with a unique aroma. Oregano oil is an oil extracted from the oregano herb by steam distillation, and in the traditional herbal medicine of Korea, it has been used as an important ingredient.

The benefits of oregano oil
Oregano oil has long been loved for its various health benefits, including inhibiting mold spores, strengthening immunity, being rich in antioxidants, and enhancing digestion. The multiple advantages of oregano oil are unique in its own antiseptic, antimicrobial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and digestive components.

To relieve cold and flu symptoms: Using oregano oil with essential oil diffusers can help with symptoms such as stuffy nose or sore throat.

For healthy skin: Oregano oil has anti-septic and antimicrobial effects that can help with cold sores, fungal infections of nails, and dandruff.

For muscle and joint pain: Applying oregano oil diluted with water to sore muscles is traditionally used. However, it is not recommended for sensitive or injured skin.

As a natural insect repellant: The main component of oregano, carvacrol, is a natural substance that repels bugs.

Here's how to use oregano oil.
- Use oregano oil for a short period of time. It is best to use it for no more than 10 days if possible.

- It is not recommended for use in children and infants. It is also best to avoid using it during pregnancy and lactation. If you have a chronic illness (especially high blood pressure or cardiovascular disease), it is best to consult with your doctor before using it.

- Most commercially sold oregano oils are already diluted with olive, almond, or coconut oil as pure oregano oil is very strong. Diluted oils are also very powerful and have a unique taste, so when consuming, they can be diluted with water.

Adults: 4-6 drops 1 time per day with food. Take a few hours before taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper.
To reduce irritation of the mouth and stomach, take with water and a teaspoon of honey/ vegetable oil (e.g. olive oil)/ a sugar cube.

Standard Shipping Fees for Orders Below the Free Shipping Threshold:

2) Delivery Standards

Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed before 11:00 am EST are usually shipped the same day.

- Canada: Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
- USA: Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
- South Korea: Estimated delivery is 4-5 business days.

3) International Orders: Importing Goods and Taxes

Please verify that your country’s customs laws allow the import of nutritional supplements and herbs. Any customs fees or issues (such as impounding, expenses, losses, or return shipping fees) are the purchaser’s responsibility.

2. Order Processing and Cancellations

1) Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Please note that receiving an order confirmation does not signify acceptance, as Caforia reserves the right to refuse processing or shipping of any order.

2) Out of Stock / Back Orders:
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email. If you encounter any issues with your order upon receiving it, contact our Customer Service within one week, and we will assist promptly.

3) Order Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service, and we will assist you immediately.

3. Returns and Refunds

Caforia strives to ensure customer satisfaction with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on products sold directly by Caforia (Seller: Caforia, Manufacturer: David Health). Please note that clearance items and orders outside Canada are eligible for returns only if defective.

1) Return Process

a. Contact Customer Service: Provide your order number, name, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason. Please do not send items before submitting a return request.

b. Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or there was a shipping error.

c. Non-Refundable Shipping: Any original shipping costs paid will not be refunded for returns.

Returns are typically processed within two weeks of receipt. Once processed, please allow 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your payment method, although it may take up to one billing cycle depending on your provider.
