Fish oil Omega-3: TG vs. EE vs. rTG. Generational differences
Naturally extracted fish oil is made up of a combination of glycerol molecules and 3 fatty acids in the form of TG (Triglyceride) (1st generation). As only a small portion of the fatty acids are Omega-3, in order to increase the amount of Omega-3 in the oil, an artificial process is used to replace the glycerol with ethanol molecules and combine them with Omega-3 fatty acids in a 1:1 ratio. This is known as 2nd generation Omega-3 raw material, EE (Ethyl ester) form oil.
Recently, there has been a growing interest in 3rd generation, rTG (re-esterified triglycerides) form raw materials. rTG is a molecular structure where ethanol is re-substituted with glycerol in the EE form, making it a type of Omega oil that combines the high Omega-3 content of EE and the high digestive absorption rate of TG. However, as it requires a very precise production process, production costs are higher as a disadvantage.


Fish oil and Omega-3
Fish oil is an excellent raw material that contains a relatively high amount of animal-based Omega-3 fatty acids that are easily absorbed by the human body. Fish oil extracted from fish that mainly inhabit the Korean Peninsula, such as anchovies, mackerel, and tuna, is an excellent raw material that contains a large amount of premium Omega fatty acids such as EPA and DHA. This type of fish oil is widely known for its effectiveness in reducing bad cholesterol (LDL), relieving hypertension, and showing high efficacy in cardiovascular conditions.

DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid)
DHA is an essential fatty acid that is necessary for brain, nervous system, and eye development. It plays a critical role in the motor abilities and visual development of infants.

EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid)
EPA has anti-inflammatory effects that reduce cardiovascular inflammation and blood clots. It also has strong anti-inflammatory effects and has been shown to be effective in chronic inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, and multiple sclerosis.

2) Delivery Standards

Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed before 11:00 am EST are usually shipped the same day.

- Canada: Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
- USA: Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
- South Korea: Estimated delivery is 4-5 business days.

3) International Orders: Importing Goods and Taxes

1) Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Please note that receiving an order confirmation does not signify acceptance, as Caforia reserves the right to refuse processing or shipping of any order.

2) Out of Stock / Back Orders:
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email. If you encounter any issues with your order upon receiving it, contact our Customer Service within one week, and we will assist promptly.

3) Order Cancellation:

3. Returns and Refunds
