L-theanine extracted from tea leaves
L-theanine is extracted from tea leaves. It was originally discovered in 1949 as a major component of green tea and the L-theanine within green tea provides effects on mood and relaxation. While caffeine is generally more abundant in younger tea leaves, older leaves contain a higher amount of L-theanine. In terms of commercial production, L-theanine can be acquired by increasing the tea leaves before they bloom.

My nerves are sensitive, so I get irritable and get bothered easily. I am always tired physically and mentally, but I couldn't sleep deeply. By chance, I found out about Nutridom L-theanine and ordered it. When I take it in the afternoon, my eyelids feel heavy after dinner at 8 o'clock and I fall asleep without realizing it when it's past 9 o'clock.
After taking L-theanine and sleeping for a few hours, I wake up feeling clear-minded and refreshed. When I have a hard time falling asleep at night, I sometimes have a glass of beer and fall asleep. But when I wake up after drinking alcohol, my head hurts. L-theanine is really amazing.
I am continuing to take it for a month with confidence because it is made from natural ingredients such as green tea extract. When I sleep deeply, I feel energetic during the day, I have no irritability, and my overall quality of life has improved.
I bought it only for those times when my PMS is severe. I'm not sure if it helps me sleep right away, but it feels emotionally stabilizing :)
