I have joint pain due to menopause, particularly in my finger joints. I am taking glucosamine gold regularly and it's working well for me. It's great because it's a plant-based capsule that is easily absorbed without putting any strain on my stomach. I want to take care of my joint health and overcome menopause in a healthy way.
The capacity is spacious and the ingredients are good, so I bought a whole family cartilage joint supplement! It's easy to swallow two pills at once because the capsule size is small and I can't eat pills well.
