Supplement Facts
My nose is quite sensitive, so it's difficult for me to eat it. I'm mixing it half and half with beauty collagen, but is this method also okay?
I'm always eating well. It's the best.
Losing elasticity on the skin ~ limp hair ~ I went to a beauty salon and ended up eating collagen because they said it would help. Maybe it's just my imagination, but my hair seems to be growing better and the dry and limp texture has become smooth and shiny. As it is a powder, I can eat it in various ways, so it's great ^^
I regularly take in collagen. In fact, individually packaged items are too wasteful, and over-packaging is also not environmentally friendly. But the marine collagen powder comes in a large, recyclable container that I really like. It has no taste or smell, so I can also sprinkle it on beverages or food that I drink. Plus, it contains vitamins, biotin, and silica, so I think it will help with collagen absorption and also be beneficial for hair and nail care.
I am able to take care of my nail health, hair health and skin elasticity so I take care of them everyday. I am using a low molecular weight fish collagen which has high absorption rate and also added ingredients to increase absorption, so it seems efficient and I like it.^^
