I heard that my immunity has improved, so I've been taking it once a day. It's winter, but it seems like I'm getting less colds than last year.

Shipping was fast. Happy with the product. New to bee pollen so still experimenting on how best to take it. Soaked in water a few tbsp of pollen. Mixed into a thick paste and mixed it with my dutchmans gold raw honey I picked up at winners. Tastes great!
