It was my first time interacting with a holistic nutritionist and the consultation just blew my mind in regards of how much information we actually don't know about supplements. I used to always buy OTC, and never worked. Easy, fast and effective! Never tried to educate myself regarding supplements, and since i stopped buying over the counter, the supplements (believe or not) are actually improving my health issues. Going to this holistic and natural life has been a great experience to my mind and body.

I booked last month and I got a very detailed and precise video call with their nutritionist. Loved the experience. It was my first time trying to address health concerns through nutrition, and after her explanation I could see that remedies are not the best solution after all! Many diseases are affected by our diet and our lifestyle, and having a boost of the right vitamins that our body needs is a better and cheaper solution.

One of my dearest friends recommended to see a holistic nutritionist and especially from Caforia. I was dubious at the beginning, but after I met the in-house nutritionist and talked to her about my health conditions, her recommendation absolutely worked! And I still can't believe.
